            The short version: FloraBalance stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal or health information on our servers. Your intimate health data never leaves your phone.
        

1. Information We Do Not Collect

FloraBalance is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect:

Personal identification information (name, email, etc.)
Health or symptom data
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Location data
Device identifiers
Cookies or tracking pixels

2. Local Data Storage

All data you enter into FloraBalance — including your name, daily tracking logs, symptom entries, onboarding answers, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using iOS secure local storage. This data is:

Encrypted at rest by iOS
Never transmitted to any server
Never shared with third parties
Fully under your control

You can delete all your data at any time from Settings > Clear All Data within the app.

3. No Accounts Required

FloraBalance does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. There is no registration process and no cloud synchronization.

4. No Third-Party Services

FloraBalance does not integrate with or send data to any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs from Facebook, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar services embedded in the app.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, notification scheduling is handled entirely on your device by iOS. No notification data is sent to or processed by our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

FloraBalance is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Since we do not collect any contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
